January is the time to get back into gear after the Christmas break, and we did just that with a Kick-off at our Ciudad Real offices. At this meeting, Madrija’s management team took the floor: María Gigante (CFO) presented the company’s financial results, Ismael Moreno (CEO) shared the year’s goals, and Alejandro Escario (CTO) covered the more technical side of each one. Working groups were then set up to look at possible process improvements and other day-to-day matters.
With this kind of event, we aim to get staff more involved in the company and set goals for the year in each department.
- This event is also useful for team members to get to know each other, build collaboration, and better understand who they’ll be working closely with, as well as the need for greater coordination to drive collaboration on tasks that lead to major project achievements. Finally, this Kick-off helps improve understanding of the company’s or project’s vision.
