Once again this year Madrija is sponsoring La Nocturna de Toledo, a race with what may be the most beautiful skyline view in the world, featuring two distances: 8 and 5 kilometers. It will take place next Saturday, October 19th, with close to 5,000 registered runners taking part in this event, now in its 16th year and drawing more participants with every edition.
It is a unique showcase with a steady upward trajectory that has placed it among the most highly recommended sporting events in Spain according to Corredor magazine. Its charitable spirit, the charm of its Historic Center — a UNESCO World Heritage Site — and its unique nighttime format make it more appealing every year.
Every year, more athletes travel from all over Spain to take part in this event. In this edition, the spotlight will be on the National Hospital for Paraplegics, celebrating its 50th anniversary, and Fructuoso López, founder of JOMA.
