Kit Digital is the aid package for the digital transformation of SMEs and freelancers launched by the Government of Spain, funded by the European Union through the Next Generation funds. Madrija joins the program as a digitalization agent in Business Intelligence and Process Analytics and Management.
The Kit Digital program is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Spain Digital 2025 agenda, and the 2021-2025 SME Digitalization Plan. It has a budget of €3.067 billion and aims to promote the digitalization of small businesses, microenterprises, and freelancers as a lever for modernizing Spain’s productive fabric.
Through these grants, beneficiary companies will be able to advance the digitalization of different areas of their business in order to take advantage of the economic potential of new technologies.
Only digitalization agents are authorized to provide the services or implement the solutions included in the “solutions catalog” offered under the Kit Digitalización program, which addresses key areas of business digitalization such as e-commerce, boosting online presence, customer management, e-invoicing, communications, cybersecurity, etc.
How can you benefit from Kit Digital grants?
SMEs, microenterprises, or freelancers can apply for Kit Digital grants regardless of their sector. Certain requirements must be met regarding turnover, business age, and being up to date with tax obligations, among others.
The first step is to find out the company’s level of digitalization and starting point. To do this, you need to register at (www.acelerapyme.es) and complete a self-assessment test. This evaluation helps determine the company’s level of digital maturity and identify which areas to focus the transformation process on.
Through the digitalization “solutions catalog,” you can choose one or several digital solutions offered by digitalization agents that best suit your company’s needs. The catalog can also be viewed on the website (www.acelerapyme.es).
