A few days ago, an event was held for the signing of the corporate collaboration agreement for the new Virtual Master’s in Computer Engineering, which will begin next academic year. In attendance were the rector Julián Garde, the Vice-Rector for Transfer and Innovation Ángela González, the Vice-Rector for Studies, Quality and Accreditation José Manuel Chicharro, the Director General of Universities Ricardo Cuevas, the director of the Higher School of Computer Science Crescencio Bravo, the director of the Albacete Higher School of Computer Engineering José Miguel Puerta Callejón, and representatives from the participating companies.
Madrija and the other partner companies will offer 11 places in the new Master’s dual track, specifically in the optional dual track that involves employment and training worth 18 ECTS credits within the company itself. This agreement further strengthens the bond between the Computer Engineering Schools in the region and reaffirms the commitment to companies in the sector to train qualified professionals capable of meeting market demands.
Among the mandatory subjects taught are innovation and digital transformation, cloud systems and services, and process and service management. The optional track features current topics such as Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, including the study of data analysis and visualization and machine learning.
