Once again this year Madrija is sponsoring the Rubén Sobrino Campus, held from June 24th to 28th in Daimiel. 150 children enjoyed this event, which included training sessions, leisure activities, an excursion to the Lagunas de Ruidera where they went kayaking, among other water activities, and a farewell party.

One of the most special moments was the visit from the Cádiz player, who, speaking to the media, said once again how pleased he was with an initiative that, he admitted, “makes it a real point of pride to see how eager the kids are to sign up as quickly as possible before the spots run out.” The footballer explained that the campus’s goal is “always trying to make sure they have a good time every year, -he added- while improving in every aspect.”

With school holidays underway, sports camps are a great option for balancing family and work life. Sport is clearly one of the favorite pastimes for schoolchildren in their free time, and as a result, more and more initiatives of this kind are being organized by public institutions, clubs, and private entities.
